Design sprint and primary user flow
As part of the team at Vrea, I stepped in as design lead when Aketek wanted to redesign their e-commerce platform for global expansion. With a unique product and rich history, they needed a fresh design that matched their brand and worked well with their new tech stack. Building on the strategic groundwork already done, I led a design sprint to define the primary user flow from first interaction to checkout. I created modular sections and components that facilitated future site expansion and product differentiation, while providing feedback on custom interactions.
The new design enhances the customer experience and sets the stage for Aketek's global expansion, with a scalable design that meets stakeholder needs and business objectives.
